Project 2 Reflection

Now that Project 2 is over and done with I thought it would be beneficial to reflect. To start off I would like to tell you all what I feel the difference is between writing and composing. I would consider writing more casual and composing more professional. I would consider my project to be a form of composing since there were so many aspects to it. My final project represented how a songs album cover reflects the lyrics but with a different medium. Audience , design and materials all played a key roll in my project I kept my rock band audience in mind when designing my album cover. I used different materials when writing my designers statement and rhetorical analysis verse composing my remediate assemblage. From this project I learned that reuse doesn’t have to be a bad thing it can actually be quite beautiful. Reusing is not stealing but simply rebirthing. Project 2 opened my eyes to a lot about creating and recreating.Although Project 2 did not go fully as planned because of complications with InDesign I was still happy with what I learned from the entire process.
